They view their website as the primary platform to communicate and interact with their member base.
As a long time Kentico client, MetroPlus needed an expert in Kentico implementation.
The project launched in late March 2019, with a firm delivery date of July 31, 2019. The go-live date was closely monitored by New York City's city hall as it coincided with the launch of their newest health plan, NYC Care...providing low-cost and no-cost services to New Yorkers who do not qualify for or cannot afford health insurance.
The primary goals of the redesigned website were to provide a clean, professional design that supported their brand, clearly explained their offerings and value proposition to their target audience, employ a CMS to ensure content is fresh and structured, and recreate a navigational flow for each target audience so that they can easily find relevant information.
MetroPlus Health Plan's newly designed website was successfully launched before their deadline. They now have a site that is scalable, on target with their brand and easy to manage.
